Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with these Loaded Chicken Beef Bacon Ranch Fries, featuring a delicious combination of crispy fries, tender meats, and creamy ranch dressing. Perfect for game day or any gathering, this dish is sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2832 oz bag of frozen French fries
  • 1.5 cups of cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 68 slices of beef bacon
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, chopped fresh cilantro, diced fresh or pickled jalapeños, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the package directions. Spread your frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the fries according to the package instructions, adding a few extra minutes to ensure they are golden brown and extra crispy.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the pound of lean ground beef. Drain any excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. If using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces. If cooking raw chicken, pan-fry or bake the seasoned chicken breasts/thighs until cooked through, then shred or dice.
  5. Cook the beef bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
  6. Once the fries are crispy, remove them from the oven. If cooked on a baking sheet, leave them there for assembly.
  7. Evenly scatter half of the seasoned ground beef over the hot fries, followed by half of the cooked chicken, half of the crumbled beef bacon, and half of the shredded cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ground beef, chicken, crumbled beef bacon, and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  9. Pop the baking sheet back into the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Drizzle generously with ranch dressing and finish with your chosen garnishes. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
