- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes, trimming any excess fat if desired.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Let the steak marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour in the fridge for deeper flavor.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side without moving them, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and cover loosely with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic for about a minute.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the steak bites and toss until melted and clinging to the meat.
- If desired, drizzle lemon juice over the steak bites for added brightness.
- Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter, arranging them attractively.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for color and freshness.
