  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Once heated, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the ham is heated through.
