Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- Salt

- Large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
- Romaine lettuce
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

Instructions
- Season your chicken breasts or thighs. Pan-sear, grill, or bake until cooked through (165°F / 74°C). Let rest, then slice into strips or shred. If using rotisserie chicken, simply shred it.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Wash and thoroughly dry your romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Briefly warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable and easier to roll without cracking.
- Lay a warmed tortilla flat. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the garlic yogurt dressing over the center, leaving a border.
- Place a portion of cooked chicken down the center. Top with chopped romaine and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Add crushed croutons now if desired.
- Fold in the two sides of the tortilla over the filling, then starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla upwards into a compact wrap.
