- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Monitor closely as cooking times may vary.
- Remove bacon from the oven and let it drain on paper towels.
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Whisk until fully combined.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour in the whisked eggs and let sit for a few seconds before gently stirring.
- Cook until just set but still slightly runny, then remove from heat.
- Slice the slider buns in half using a serrated knife.
- Optionally, toast the cut sides of the buns in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
- On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous spoonful of scrambled eggs.
- Add a slice of crispy bacon on top of the eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
- Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover with aluminum foil to keep them moist while the cheese melts.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes for melted cheese.
- For a golden top, remove the foil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
- Let the sliders cool for a minute before serving.
- Drizzle with hot sauce or ketchup if desired.
- Serve warm, either on a platter or individually wrapped.
Notes
- Customize your sliders with avocado, sautéed spinach, or tomato for added freshness.
